Job Responsibilities:
- Visit every site across the island to guide and ensure correct installation of RBS panels.
- Train masons and installers on proper installation methods.
- Support the sales team during site meetings across the island.
- Take accurate measurements for the preparation of BOQs.
- Demonstrate installation methods to architects, engineers, contractors, and end users.
- Handle after-sales inquiries and provide technical support.
Qualifications:
- Passed GCE A/L examination.
- NCT / NDT / HNDE or any equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Technical Officer.
- Fair knowledge in AutoCAD & MS Office.
- Age below 35 years.
Skills:
- Enthusiastic, customer-oriented team player.
- Outgoing personality and willingness to work with different areas out of Colombo.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command in Sinhala (English and Tamil will be an added advantage).
