Solutions Consultant
The Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers. Your role goes beyond sales—you'll understand client challenges, design tailored solutions, and guide them through digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with enterprise clients in retail, logistics, and manufacturing.
- Engage with CXOs and managers to uncover operational pain points.
- Present and demonstrate how RFID, barcode, and AI/IoT solutions deliver measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with our technical team to design proposals and close projects.
- Manage long-term accounts, ensuring sustained client success.

Who Should Apply
- Degree in Business / IT / Engineering OR equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in B2B sales, solution design, or corporate account management (Telecom, Banking, Logistics, IT, or related industries).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
- Passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and able to build long-term client partnerships.
