Positions Available

Sous Chef

Minimum 4 years experience as a sous chef or similar role
Expertise in beach-style cuisine and menu planning

Waiters

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Barmen

Minimum 2 years experience behind the bar
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology
Passion for delivering top-quality drinks with flair
