Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain goods received notes, goods issued notes, goods transfer notes, and all related documents.
- Daily issuing of tools and ensuring their return.
- Handle daily material issuing and related documentation.
- Manage purchase orders and material quotations.
- Handle petty cash, daily allowances, and related documents.
- Manage attendance documents for staff, laborers, and security, as well as utility bills.
- Maintain an accurate system and physical balance at all times.
- Generate inventory reports as required using inventory management systems such as Scienter/Sapro and MS Office.
- Liaise with the Head Office Accounts Department regularly to generate inventory-related reports.
- Ensure no discrepancies exist between system stock balance and physical stock balance.
- Handle quotations and purchase orders efficiently.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory management systems such as Scienter/Sapro.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and other relevant computer programs.
- Good command of English.
- GCE Advanced Levels (higher qualification is an added benefit).
