Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
- Record incoming and outgoing goods; maintain proper documentation of GRNs and MRNs.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems for stock records.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store premises.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer literacy with ERP/SAP system knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and inventory systems.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and leadership skills.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
