Stores In-Charge

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Stores In-Charge to oversee and manage the daily operations of our factory stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory control, proper storage, and timely issuance of materials while maintaining company standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing of spare parts, tools, raw materials, and consumables.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records with proper documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the stores area.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams on material requirements.
  • Handle urgent material requests and work beyond regular hours when required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day stores operations with minimal disruptions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Age below 35 years.
  • Passed G.C.E. A/L or equivalent Diploma/Certificate in Stores Management, Logistics, or related field (advantageous).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and inventory systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work after office hours when required.
