Mark International Education Consultancy is a leading student counseling and migration advisory firm in Sri Lanka. We are on the lookout for energetic and enthusiastic candidates for immediate placement in our Colombo and Jaffna branches.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students seeking to study abroad.
- Assist in the application process for various educational institutions.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client files.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum A/L qualification with at least 1 year of experience in the study abroad industry (School leavers are also welcome to apply).
- Conversant in English; knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil is an advantage.
- Previous work experience in the education industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, and email).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates with a background in sales and marketing are preferred.
