Responsibilities
- Provide application software customer support for CRM and SFA applications.
- Assist users with software issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Maintain documentation for software processes and user guides.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance application functionality.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with CRM and SFA applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with software support best practices.
