Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during night shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to new employees.
- Assist in scheduling and managing team workloads effectively.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the night shift.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Relevant qualifications in healthcare management or a related field.
