At RemediumOne, we collaborate with leading cardiology teams and international research partners to develop safer, better medicines. We are currently seeking a motivated Team Lead for the Northern Province to support a large, community-based research program.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quantitative and qualitative data collection activities in the Northern Province.
- Supervise and support field teams to ensure timely and high-quality data collection.
- Coordinate day-to-day field operations and logistics.
- Communicate effectively with local communities and community leaders.
- Work closely with local healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, community engagements, and study-related activities.
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, ethical requirements, and project timelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Bio Science, Health Promotion, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in field-based research, community-based projects, or public health programs.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple field activities.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is essential; fluency in Sinhala is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern Province.
