Responsibilities
- Oversee daily technical operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of processing equipment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processing techniques.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and quality.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Document and report on operational performance and technical issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role within the food processing industry.
- Strong understanding of processing equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
