Responsibilities
- Implement high-quality, inclusive, and transformative GESI strategies across all project components.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of GESI initiatives.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate GESI principles into program design and implementation.
- Provide training and support to staff and stakeholders on GESI best practices.
- Monitor and report on GESI progress and challenges within the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in GESI roles, preferably in development projects.
- Strong understanding of gender equality and social inclusion issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
