Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate technical work related to building services, including air conditioning (AC), electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Assist in technical inspections, facilities management, maintenance coordination, and reporting.
- Coordinate supplies and maintenance requirements for HQ and regional offices in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate technical data, schedules, and related files.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and site staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and technical guidelines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- NVQ Level 03 or an equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in facility management, building services, or a similar role.
- Good computer knowledge, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Ability to prepare reports and communicate professionally.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
