Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote shipping and logistics services.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide accurate information about services and pricing.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in inside sales.
2+ years of experience in shipping and logistics.
BPO experience is an added advantage.
Excellent fluency in English.
