What You'll Do:
- Drive & support Depot Operations for respective territories
- Drive PICOS in the respective Territory
- Manage customer relationships within the territory by leveraging trade and consumer initiatives
- Develop a "Fit for fight" sales team capable of facing competition and market demands
- Provide quality inputs and market insights to support management decision-making
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar position
- 3-5 years of experience in a field sales role
- Understanding of the FMCG/beverage industry is an advantage
- A diploma in sales or marketing (not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience managing teams is an advantage
- A challenger mentality with the ability to think asymmetrically
- Mobility and flexibility to work from any location around the country
