Southern Lanka Hospitals, a leading healthcare institution in the Hambantota District, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in the accounting and finance sector within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and accounts.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Requirements
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L.
- Part-qualified in AAT, CA, HNDA, CIMA, or an equivalent accounting/finance certification.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in accounting or finance (experience in a hospital or healthcare setting will be an added advantage).
- Effective communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, accounting software, hospital management system, etc.).
- Age below 30 years.
