Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to travelers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transportation services.
- Conduct market research to identify new travel destinations and trends.
- Handle bookings and manage client inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare promotional materials and assist in marketing campaigns.
- For Senior Tour Executives: Mentor and train junior staff members.
Requirements
- Strong passion for travel and tourism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- For Trainee: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- For Tour Executive: 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry preferred.
- For Senior Tour Executive: 3+ years of experience with proven leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
