Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present and explain the menu to guests, offering recommendations as needed.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Perform cashier duties and any other tasks as assigned, based on business requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and staff.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Good team player.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Close proximity to Nugegoda is an added advantage.
