Transport Executive
Job Description
Little Lion Associates (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Maliban Group of Companies, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and finalize delivery routes for General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) operations.
- Ensure low-mileage routes are prioritized to reduce transportation costs and improve efficiency.
- Share a daily delivery route update report with the relevant team, including route status, changes, and any delivery challenges.
- Assign lorries in line with the delivery schedules, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization and timely dispatch.
- Liaise with transport companies and drivers to coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely submission and handover of bills to the accounts or finance team.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or Operations Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling transportation in the FMCG industry.
- Age between 25 - 35.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to work efficiently, especially during peak hours.
