Responsibilities
- Manage transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Oversee logistics and supply chain management.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM/PQHRM or equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience with technical recruitment is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
- A proactive team player with a drive for excellence.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work long and extended hours.
