Responsibilities
- Oversee transportation operations and logistics management.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Manage and coordinate transportation staff and resources.
- Implement efficient transport strategies to reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM/PQHRM or equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience with technical recruitment is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
- A team player with a proactive outlook and drive towards excellence.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work long and extended hours.
