Role Overview
Muve is seeking a Unified Communications & Cloud Platforms Administrator with strong hands-on experience managing telephony systems and cloud platforms. This role requires a practical, detail-oriented approach to handling call flows, redirections, failures, and transfers, as well as analyzing Twilio call logs using SQL queries to support and improve day-to-day communications operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain RingCentral, Twilio, and Data Lake environments, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support by diagnosing and resolving complex issues across communication and data platforms, including call routing, IVR logic, and data-driven workflows using SQL and Data Lake insights.
- Implement and optimize integrations, automation, and workflows between telephony platforms and business systems.
- Ensure security, compliance, access controls, and data protection in line with organizational and industry standards.
- Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and escalations for RingCentral and Twilio.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and support internal teams through training and best-practice guidance.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience administering and troubleshooting RingCentral, Twilio, and cloud-based data platforms.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications (optional but valuable): Cisco CCNA/CCNP (Voice or Collaboration), Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer certification, CompTIA Network+.
- Sound knowledge in SQL, Node.js, and Python.
- Strong understanding of VoIP systems, APIs, and cloud integrations.
- Familiarity with data lake architecture and data governance principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
