Dynacom Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Workshop Technician to join our dynamic team in Kelaniya. As a Workshop Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various machinery and equipment.
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workshop Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma is a plus.
