About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and drive the growth of Serendib Green Plantation across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to both new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Conduct regular market visits, reports, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Collect market intelligence and report customer feedback to the management team.
- Ensure timely payment collections and manage after-sales service.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of proven experience in sales (plantation sales or similar to the relevant field).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned zones.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools and sales reporting.
