Welcome to AnyJobOK, owned and operated by Ceylon Carvings (Pvt) Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using AnyJobOK (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AnyJobOK is a Sri Lanka–focused job platform that lets employers post job listings and candidates search and apply for roles. We are not an employer, recruiter, or agent; we do not guarantee job placement, candidate suitability, or outcomes.

You retain ownership of content you submit (job posts, CVs, images). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for operating and promoting the Service. You represent you have the rights to provide such content.

7) AI & Automated Features

Optional features (e.g., job-ad generation, translation) may use third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI). We send only necessary text to deliver the feature and may process it outside Sri Lanka. Do not include sensitive data in prompts. Outputs may contain errors; review before use. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8) Payments (if applicable)

Fees for paid features will be shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. All amounts are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a specific offer. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

9) Third-Party Links

Job posts and the Service may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

10) Takedowns & Moderation

We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms or the law, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse. To request a takedown, contact hello@anyjobok.com with details.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceylon Carvings (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of LKR 50,000 or the amounts you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.

13) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ceylon Carvings (Pvt) Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your content, violation of these Terms, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

14) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., Content License, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) will survive.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, sitting in Colombo, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., email or banner). Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
