Key Responsibilities
- Manage billing, cash flow, customer invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Handle warranty and return orders
- Prepare and reconcile basic financial reports
- Support front office operations and responder inquiries (phone & person)
- Manage social media marketing and create promotional content
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Female candidates only
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic accounting, email handling, and computer literacy
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz spare parts is an advantage
- Familiarity with sales & marketing preferred
- Age: 20-30 years
- Energetic, well-organized, and excellent customer relationship skills
