Account Associate - AP
Job Role
- Maintain high-level customer service in accordance with the SLA, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounts payable services.
- Manage daily operational activities and maintain records of accounts payable by filing all source documents and system-generated reports.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management as requested.
- Conduct creditors file maintenance, monthly reconciliation, and other relevant duties.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the AP team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a professional/academic qualification - ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Experience with MS Office is a prerequisite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, and time management.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Candidates from the Western Province are preferred.
