Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day banking transactions and tax matters.
- Communicate effectively in English with clients and overseas banks.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping records.
- Coordinate with and support external auditors.
- Handle HR-related activities and employee documentation.
- Prepare accurate management accounts.
- Manage monthly payroll and salary disbursements.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee procurement processes and vendor management.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar senior accounting role.
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal communication.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and payroll handling.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
