Accounts Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and record accounts payable/receivable.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with payroll preparation and petty cash handling.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing.
- Support the finance team with general accounting tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum A/L qualification (Diploma or Degree in Accounting preferred).
- Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support.
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to handle confidential information.
- Friendly, presentable, and a good team player.
