About the Role
We're looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our café/restaurant. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with management, and keeping records accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and records.
- Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, and HR documentation.
- Handle invoices, receipts, supplier coordination, and payments.
- Support inventory and ordering processes.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Admin Assistant (hospitality/F&B is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
