About the Role

We're looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our café/restaurant. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with management, and keeping records accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Manage calls, emails, correspondence, and records.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, and HR documentation.
  • Handle invoices, receipts, supplier coordination, and payments.
  • Support inventory and ordering processes.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Admin Assistant (hospitality/F&B is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
