Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and responding to emails.
- Greet visitors and direct them to their destination.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and appointments.
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Supervise office assistants.
- Provide administrative support to HR and Accounts.
- Manage general administrative activities.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support for various projects as assigned.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel and Word.
- Well-versed in email and web searching.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
