Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administrative operations of the stores department.
- Maintain records and documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Support the management in various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field (NVQ Level 4 or above preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration (experience in construction/manufacturing site is an added advantage).
