Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and clients.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of examination materials.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support the team in organizing events and workshops.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative or customer support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Salary
