Amal International School is a premier private institution in Colombo, offering the National Curriculum in English from Kindergarten to Advanced Level. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Administrative Intern to join our Principal's Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all secretarial duties for the Principal’s Office (correspondence, filing, scheduling, and record keeping).
- Manage the Principal’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Draft and prepare official letters, reports, and notices as instructed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Principal’s Office.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently studying or recently completed qualifications in Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
- Ability to work accurately, discreetly, and efficiently under supervision.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Duration & Benefits
- Internship Duration: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension).
