Responsibilities
- Organize and execute the installation of medical analyzers, ensuring proper setup and operational readiness.
- Deploy, configure, and integrate medical software applications tailored to specific clinical environments.
- Deliver expert-level application support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by end users.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to escalate unresolved issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for end users to ensure optimal usage of medical analyzers and associated software.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user documentation and training materials for reference and onboarding.
- Customize application functionalities to align with individual customer workflows and operational requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications in medical systems or software integration are a plus.
- Proven experience in installation, configuration, and support of medical analyzers and healthcare software applications.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to customize software to meet specific user needs.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical and application-related issues in a clinical or laboratory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct effective user training sessions and develop clear documentation.
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits, installations, customer support, and sales support activities.
