Job Duties & Responsibilities

Business Planning: Prepare annual, monthly business and activity plans with the advice of superiors. Conduct review meetings with assigned Bancassurance Sales Teams and respective banks.
Sales Management: Achieve set revenue targets from the assigned Bancassurance operational area monthly and yearly. Monitor sales activities and coach teams in the field.
Administration: Ensure smooth and economical customer-friendly business operations with banks and financial institutes. Maintain discipline among staff and report issues to supervisors.
Business Promotion: Organize and conduct promotional campaigns planned by SLICLL. Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
Performance Management: Ensure above-average performance of assigned staff. Use performance management tools for evaluation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Should pass G.C.E. A/L.
Fully/partly qualified in SLIM/CIM or Insurance/Sales-related qualification is an advantage.
6 years of life insurance experience with proven track records.
Business Development exposure is essential, preferably in Bancassurance.
Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
A self-driven leader & team player with a pleasing personality.
Clear and continuous track record in performance.
Aged between 30-40 years.
