Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities & markets to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers to ensure satisfaction & retention
- Manage & lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching & support
- Execute and manage sales & outlet-level marketing campaigns & NPDs
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance & market insights
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in the field (Understanding of geography preferred, with experience in Dairy/Beverage Products)
- Minimum completion of A/L
- A graduate or professional qualification in SLIM/CIM would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
- Strong management skills & team-handling ability
- Strong analytical & negotiation skills
- Age below 45 years
