Job Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Support the recruitment and training of new staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
