TVS Lanka is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Brand Development & Digitalization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and brand development, capable of driving performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform digital brand strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage and grow our brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging digital platforms.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end product launches and brand awareness initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales and market share targets.
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, and Internal & External parties to ensure optimum results for the company.
- Identify new trends, technologies, and opportunities in the digital landscape to keep the brand at the forefront of innovations.
Candidate Profile
- Full or partly qualified in CIM/SLIM qualification and/or degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with over 3 years’ experience in digital marketing & brand management functions.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated success in increasing brand visibility, engagement, and/or conversions.
