Job Responsibilities
- Execute factory civil projects to meet short and long-term objectives.
- Maintain all buildings and facilities according to global manufacturing hygiene standards.
- Design construction strategies, procedures, and methods to achieve KPIs.
- Ensure effective preventive building and utility supply maintenance programs.
- Plan building construction projects.
- Develop project cost estimates and prepare proposals on improvements, including BOQ, QS reports, and quotation evaluations.
- Manage utility supply systems (Fire Hydrant, Racking, drainage, and water supply).
- Conduct periodic audits on project performance and sustainability initiatives.
- Create a positive team culture while collaborating with cross-functional peers and leaders.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and budget specifications while developing preliminary engineering designs.
- Comply with all environmental, occupational safety, and health policies and standards.
Person Specifications
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with 2 years of hands-on experience or a Civil Engineering Diploma with 4 years of experience.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours.
- Being a TMP/5S practitioner.
- Knowledge of 5S and SAP PM with 1 year of experience in the food industry is an added advantage.
