Job Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives for air-conditioning solutions, identify potential clients, and convert opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and consultants while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate proposal development, prepare technical and commercial quotations, and ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams—technical, warehouse, HVAC engineers, and support staff—to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making and sales planning.
- Follow up on invoicing and payment collection to minimize arrears and support company profitability.
Requirements
- Degree or a relevant professional qualification.
- More than 3 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or project-based sales.
- Good understanding of air-conditioning products, HVAC solutions, or willingness to quickly learn technical product knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexible to travel as required to meet clients.
- Proven sales and relationship-building ability.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
