Assistant Manager - General Trade

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the distribution channel in General Trade within the assigned territory.
- Monitor sales performance by territory, report to management, and enhance territory-wise business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with outside stakeholders.
- Appoint new distributors for vacant territories as needed.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for sales staff as required.
Applicant Profile
- 5-8 years of proven track record in exceptional service delivery, business development, and acquiring new clients, with at least 2-3 years in an Executive position.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry.
- Sound academic background with a degree or diploma in marketing, or a CIM/SLIM qualification. An MBA in Marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, organizing, planning, and networking skills, along with an outgoing personality.
