Role Profile
- Build business relationships with current and potential overseas clients to secure and strengthen export business opportunities.
- Implement short-term and long-term business development plans by liaising with cross-functional teams to achieve set KPIs.
- Ensure multiple touchpoints with customers to understand and deliver business requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders to support the growth agenda.
- Manage updated customer databases, product pricing approvals, and new product development initiatives, including packaging development, branding, and marketing.
Personal Profile
- A Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Chemistry, Agriculture, or Food Science.
- 3-4 years' experience in exports sales, branding, and marketing (experience in the food & beverage industry is desirable).
- A dynamic team player with high learning agility and a passion to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent command of the English language and comprehensive understanding of export sales aspects.
- Proficient in negotiation, cultural competence, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional presentation abilities and a remarkable personal disposition.
- Demonstrates honesty, ethical behavior, and strong moral principles in all professional interactions.
