Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product and process quality to ensure compliance with required specifications prior to delivery.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and parameters for all products.
- Communicate quality requirements clearly to QA and production teams.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop coating products aligned with market and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with local, international, and organizational quality regulations, standards, and policies.
- Identify and source alternative raw materials to optimize product cost without compromising quality.
- Work with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for quality and process management.
- Support the R&D team in developing new products when required.
- Lead internal audit activities and support ISO and other quality certification processes.
- Lead and manage the QA team effectively and efficiently.
- Travel when required and work collaboratively across teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Age below 40 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (including Chemistry), Polymer Science, or a relevant professional qualification from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a QA team.
- Strong knowledge and experience in ISO and quality management systems.
- Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with flexibility and willingness to travel.
