Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
- Support project managers in cost estimation and budgeting.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of project costs.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
- HND / NCT in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Experience in housing and building projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of BOQ pricing, tendering, and bill preparation.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Age below 30.
