Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
