Positions Available

BIM / Revit Coordinator (MEP)
BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler / Revit Draughtsman (Snr / Jr) - Mechanical / Plumbing / Electrical and ELV

Experience Required

3 to 5 years of experience with an MEP contractor.
Physical work experience in the Gulf region is an added advantage.

Qualifications

BSc, HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or NCED.

Location

Kelaniya (Full-time, Saturday 7hrs flexible timing, work from office)

Responsibilities

Demonstrate proficiency in Revit MEP software, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and ACC, with a solid understanding of MEP materials.
Perform accurate BIM modeling and coordination from LOD 300 to LOD 500, including shop drawing extraction.
Undertake 2D extraction and annotation tasks for MEP IFC/Shop drawings as assigned, including MEP coordination drawings.
