Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.
- Implement and monitor branch policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
- Manage the branch budget and ensure financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
