Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Kalutara branch.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student enrollment and retention.
- Maintain relationships with students, parents, and the community.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget and financial reports.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and educational management software.
